I’ve lived in Saudi Arabia, in Saudi Aramco, more specifically, and traveled all over the world growing up.
I’m half Lebanese and half Palestinian and have a deep appreciation and love for my culture which has influenced my food.
I’m married to a pretty great man and have one wild, fun, incredibly brilliant son.
My parents named me Haifa when i was born and then quickly changed my name within my first month.
I ask everyone i meet and know the same question- “If you could eat any meal for the rest of your life, every day for breakfast, lunch and dinner (no nutritional implications) what would it be?
Every year I tend to fixate on a new cuisine I love, and I cook it and learn it, and cook it and learn it (rinse & repeat).
